StreetLine Collective Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.

Note: Please package your return securely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll work with you to make it right.

⚠ We unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items.

⚠ Unfortunately no refunds on custom items unless faulty.

⚠ Orders purchased using a gift card or voucher will be refunded as store credit only.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Simply return your original item for a refund (minus restocking fee) and place a new order for the size or color you’d like. This is the fastest way to guarantee you get the correct item.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

⚠ A restocking fee of $5 per order applies to all returns.
⚠ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
⚠ Return postage is at your expense.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
