How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products are made to order so please allow 2-4 business days for dispatch. Deliveries typically arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Do we offer Afterpay?
Yes Afterpay is available - show now, pay later.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return (items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging). A $5 restocking fee applies; shipping costs are non-refundable and returns postage is at your expense. Custom items cannot be returned unless faulty. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes—simply return your original item for a refund (minus restocking fee) and place a new order for the size or color you’d like. This is the fastest way to guarantee you get the correct item.
How do I care for my StreetLine Collective apparel?
Wash inside-out on a cold cycle, hang to dry, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Do not tumble dry.
Do you do custom designs or bulk orders?
Absolutely! We’re happy to work on one-off custom jobs and bulk/team orders. Email us at info@streetlinecollective.co.nz with your ideas, quantities, and timeline, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.
Can I track my order?
Yes—once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door.
